- Oversee the delivery of online and in-person events, ensuring high-quality experiences for students and stakeholders.

- Manage data quality and provide regular evaluation reports to inform programme improvements and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including academics, access and outreach colleagues, student support services, and conferences and events teams.
Programme Overview:
The Opportunity Oxford programme is a major University-wide initiative supporting selected offer-holders transition from school to university. The programme develops high-level academic skills and aims to ensure students are well-prepared for their Oxford experience and further studies.
What You'll Achieve:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the programme's online and in-person events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for students.
