Role Overview

The Development Officer role at Pembroke College Oxford is a key position that focuses on securing support from a broad base of alumni and other supporters. This involves securing both one-off and regular donations, as well as promoting the college's programme of legacy giving. The post-holder will work closely with the Development Manager to identify those alumni with the capacity and propensity to give more over time.

Main Duties
  • Regular Giving: Secure regular donations from alumni and other supporters.
  • Stewardship: Build and maintain relationships with key donors to ensure their continued support.
  • Legacies: Promote the college's programme of legacy giving and secure bequests from alumni and other supporters.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Manager and other teams to identify opportunities for growth and development.
