Overview:complaints handler/PA Interesting role involves many hands on complaints
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Director Personal Assistant. As the Director Personal complaints handlers/Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the director, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This is a part-time position based in our office, In llantrisant.
We understand the importance to work around children as we all have them and the role is pretty flexible should things arise. role starts at 10 and 16 hrs split over week
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the director's work load, from bills letters setting up a direct debit, organizing insurance finding the best rates. Sorting out bills sent in error, letter typing, calls to get resolutions same day.
filing accountant bills invoices, printing invoices in date order and generally keeping on top 100% of all invoicing and filing.
importance of working around school children we understand as all of our team have children ,the role is flexible and ideally it would work 4 hrs a day 10-3pm 3 days per week or 10-1 spead out over the week can also be arranged.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as needed both business and personnal.
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice management using QuickBooks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records if needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
