**The Role as a Call Centre Agent will include**
- As a **Call Centre Agent**, you will be receiving calls from existing customer
- Providing general customer support
- As a **Call Centre Agent**, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and any issues they are facing

**What we look for in a Call Centre Agent **Friendly warm voice
- Eager to work and learn personality
- A confident individual
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,600.00-£28,000.00 per year
