You will be taking customer phone calls and making bookings using a computerised booking system.

Welcoming customers and being the customers main point of contact whilst their cars are in for repair and service.

Upselling any required work + any products we offer i.e. service plans.

Most of the apprenticeship training will be held at the dealership but the applicant with have to attend several training days at Volvo cars training and development centre in Daventry.

Hours of work - 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary As per government apprentice guidelines, age dependant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £4.81 per hour
