**Location: Preston**
**Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm**

**About the Agency**:
As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. This role is an exciting opportunity for anybody who is looking to join a well-respected branch of NFU Mutual, to work within a vibrant and enthusiastic team.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Preston, Blackburn & Chorley Agency.

**About the role**:
In the Customer Service Advisor role, you'll be passionate about providing customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands at NFU Mutual Preston, Blackburn & Chorley Agency.

You'll take calls, help with renewals, make amendments, deal with queries regarding claims and premiums or find the right product for their daily life or their business. Supporting our customers, you'll work to targets to achieve team and individual goals.

The role will also require proactive outbound prospecting to our existing client base to gain renewal dates for additional products and explore further services to suit their needs.

The role is busy and challenging, bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy and you’ll be right at home within our team.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in meeting new people and relationship management skills
- A results-driven approach to work in order to meet targets and deliver results to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
- Strong IT skills
- Driving licence
- Minimum qualification - Maths and English Grade C, GCSE (or equivalent)
