To support the UK HR team with all aspects of HR function

This role will be based primarily in the Essentra Newmarket site

It will provide HR support for the HRBP’s in Bradford and Newport and on site support directly to the Newmarket Site lead, Possible hybrid working min 3 days on site.

This role will be an integral part of the UK/Ireland HR team and will work with all aspects of the sites to ensure HR provide an excellent level of service to our teams

**Job Requirements**
- Be the first point of contact for the Site leader for the provision of HR services
- First line of contact for all employee queries
- Organise and maintain the company HR database
- Work with the HRBP’s on other sites to provide support where needed
- Manage the recruitment process to support the site HR Business partners from initial contact through to offer stage (in conjunction with the Packaging Recruitment team)
- Support the onboarding process - ensuring all paperwork is complete and on file working with HR Shared Services and Payroll team
- Create and manage the monthly HR metrics for site business reviews
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as needed
- Assist with the preparation of presentation decks
- Liaise with Global data base systems and ensure the company HRIS is managed effectively
- Attend relevant Employee relations meetings (investigations, disciplinaries etc) with HRBP’s and provide notes on same
**Skills and Experience**
**Essential**
- Proven work experience as an HR Cordinator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Ability to build excellent relationship skills
**Desirable**
- Experience dealing with unionised environment
- Experience working remotely in complex matrix structure
- Experience working in Manufacturing

**Education and Qualifications**
**Essential**
- Qualification in HR (CIPD or similar)
**Desirable**
- BS in Human resources or similar field
**Duration - 12 month FTC
