**About the role**

**Our L&D team deliver effective development solutions to meet business requirements and enhance Arval's employee experience. The L&D Coordinator will support the in-house Learning & Development team and our third-party suppliers by coordinating activities and dealing with the administrative tasks that accompany training delivery, reporting and evaluation. This role is an integral part of our L&D Team and you will need to be able to take ownership for responding professionally and promptly to L&D related customer queries.

We operate a hybrid working option, which means you will be able to equally split your time between our office in Swindon and home once you are fully trained in the role.

**About you**

You are customer focussed and take pride in your work, so you thrive on ownership and accountability. We need you to have a keen eye for detail, while being able to operate in a fast-paced environment to 'get things done'. You'll bring a creative and solution-focussed approach to a variety of L&D administrative tasks.

**Key skills and attributes you'll need to be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience of using a Learning Management System, ideally as a system administrator (Cornerstone preferred)
- Have good organisation skills to manage your own time and workload
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with others; you'll be someone who enjoys building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conscientious: you'll care about outputs and you'll want your activities to add tangible value to the business and enhance customer experience
- Able to approach challenges positively with a desire to continually improve ways of working and try different approaches
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, ambiguous and challenging environment
