About the Role:
"We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Associate to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Learning and Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting students with their learning and personal development."

The successful candidate will have experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs/Disabilities (SEND) or Social Emotional Mental Health needs (SEMH). They will have strong communication skills, be able to deal with situations calmly and sensitively, and have a collaborative approach. In addition to this, they will have a strong passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEND or SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to achieve goals

What You Will Need:
  • Experience of working with students with SEND or SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and sensitively in challenging situations
