**Schedule**:Fulltime (37.5 hours PW), Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5:30 pm

As a Customer Service / Office Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, while also assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.



**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Customer Service**
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, working to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns, coordinating with the logistics and fulfilment teams as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our Korean beauty products and be able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage instructions to customers.


**Office Administration**
- **Data Entry**: Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets, including customer information, orders, and inventory records.
- **Document Management**: Assist in organising and maintaining office documents, files, and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality as needed.
- **Assistance to Management**: Provide administrative assistance to managers and executives as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- **Facility Management**: Organise and manage general facility-related tasks, including scheduling office cleaning services and managing appointments for maintenance and repairs.


**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Passion for Korean beauty products and a willingness to learn about the industry.
- Preferable previous customer service experience, ideally in the beauty or retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
