The Order processing and Customer Service Administrator role would suit a self-motivated, organized individual with great communication skills who has a hands-on approach, planning to build a long term career with opportunities to support and gain hands on experience working with multiple departments.

The Order processing and Customer Service Administrator will be part of a small, friendly and inclusive office team based in Wandsworth, London. The role will require daily communication with the whole team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Assisting sales team with various tasks including:

- Handling and distributing incoming calls
- Managing orders inbox: dealing with all customer enquiries, processing orders, sending proforma invoices, entering and following up on returns (RFS), reviewing intercompany orders in ERP
- Customer Order Confirmations (entering orders, cross checking PO against SO - ship to address, bill to address, product, and price)
- Pick lists (collecting the pick lists from the warehouse and entering the tracking numbers into ERP which updates the customers)
- Keeping customers updated with any order changes sent through from planning and purchasing. For example, delivery date changes, EOL product alternatives, splitting order quantities
- Filing customer purchase orders and internal order paperwork after order fulfilment
- Checking customer orders for special terms, flagging unusual matters and escalating appropriately
- Supporting the sales team with processing of quotes and updating customer information
- Supporting the sales team with projects as required

**Applicant**

The applicant should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Computer literate (MS Office)
- A flexible, “hands-on,” proactive approach
- Ability to be a good team player
- Good report writing skills with excellent written English
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Some experience in data processing, customer service or office administration ideal but full training will be provided
