Our client is looking for a Training Administrator for a 3 month contract position, located in Aberdeen. (Hybrid Working)

**Role**

Facilitates, coordinates, supports and manages the administration of the Global Health and Safety training portfolio.

**Responsibilities**

Requires active collaboration and engagement with the following stakeholders:

- Global Head of Technical Training & Competence
- Global Director HSSE
- Regional and Local Learning & Development Partners
- Digital Learning Manager
- External training vendors
- Global Training Coordinator
- Training Administrator
- Training Logistics Coordinators

This role, in collaboration with the above stakeholders, will ensure smooth operation of our Global Health and Safety training portfolio inclusive, but not limited to:

- Seeking nominations for individuals to attend courses
- Provide first level support to course participants and timely escalation to the appropriate stakeholder when necessary
- Process course enrolments within our Learning Management System
- Report on course statistics
- Support the financial management of the portfolio in the form of entering costs against relevant projects within our internal finance system to enable recharging of costs to course participant's business
- Create project codes within our finance system
- Request / generate purchase orders for relevant training and associated materials
- Process course participant certificates
- Liaise with external vendors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
