HR Coordinator (People Operations Team Coordinator
- onboarding), based in Crawley, Paying up to £25,000. Hybrid working on offer.
As the HR Coordinator you will work closely with the early careers and talent acquisition teams to provide an excellent onboarding experience to all new employees into the organisation. This is a busy and fast paced role where you will have full responsibilityand management of the onboarding process; ensuring all documents are issued and accurate, all acceptances are monitored, pre-employment checks have been undertaken and the HR data base in up to date with new starters.
In addition you will also create and maintain the new joiner reports, coordinate with the global mobility team on the visa sponsorship of new joiners (where required) and provide support with the wider HR team.
If you have recent and relevant experience of coordinating the new joiner onboarding process, are comfortable with using an applicant tracking system and have strong attention to detail and time management skills this will be of great interest to my client.
