**In this Customer Service Agent role, day to day your main duties are...**
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering telephone calls
- Handling live chat enquires
- Arranging property valuations
- Respond to customer enquiries and arrange market appraisals.
**To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills (no previous experience is required)**:
- Have outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Grade C at GCSE level in English language
- Highly motivated
