We are recruiting 2 experienced Senior HR Advisors within Employee Relations Team. There is a permanent post full time at 37.5 hours p/w, and a 6 to 12 month fixed term role, full time at 37.5 hours p/w,

Accountable to the HR Manager and responsible for mentoring the HR Advisors, you will provide an efficient, responsive and professional employee relations service working inclusively with key stakeholders and building collaborative partnerships whilst remaining people focussed. Focusing on delivery of a high quality employee relations services, support with sickness management, disciplinary (including MHPS), grievance and harassment investigations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training to up-skill managers whilst challenging and delivering innovative new ways of working within a Just and Learning Culture.

This is a hybrid role involving home working and on-site working as well as cross site working.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:

- To carry a case load of investigations into employment matters including disciplinary, grievance and harassment issues and pro-actively support managers in performance management issues and sickness cases (both long term and short term) at formal reviews and beyond
- To ensure the provision of advice to all managers within the Trust regarding all aspects of employment policy and procedure for all categories of staff, as well as associated post-employment issues.
- To support the HR Manager on meeting the Trust's key performance indicators.
- To support and develop training packages and deliver training to managers to support delivery

Level 7 CIPD or post grad diploma in HRM or Level 5 CIPD and equivalent experience at post grad level

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Evidence of continuous professional development

**Experience**:

Experience of recent generalist HR experience in a large, complex organisation including complex case work including sickness managements and investigations

Working in partnership with Trade unions.

Experience of developing and delivering training interventions to staff and managers

Experience of preparing, analysing and presenting reports.
