**37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday**
**Hybrid Working Role**: training is full time office based, transition to a work/office split after training completed (1-2 days in the office per week)
**Role Summary**:
You'll be working towards set timescales using established guidelines, procedures, and process driven methodology both as part of a team and on your own initiative. As part of this we'll be looking for you to contribute ideas designed to improve customer service and efficiency across all processes.
As well as inbound customer queries you'll be assisting with the administration and processing of Business Energy Sales contracts for both new and existing customers. Ensuring that contracts are set up accurately and efficiently is a fundamental requirement of this role and will involve adhering to all Business Energy quality requirements throughout.
**Role Duties**
- Creating and setting up new business accounts
- Registering new suppliers/contractors
**Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you'll have previous experience in an Administration role in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use your own initiative, persuasion, and commercial awareness. Excellent analytical and communication skills would be extremely beneficial in the role. Previous experience in a customer service environment would also be beneficial. You'll be customer and quality-focused, organised, have exceptional attention to detail and be passionate about always delivering service excellence.
