**Salary**:£60,000 per annum with total package and other benefits up to £78,600 (Car/Car Allowance, Bonus, Private Medical Insurance, Pension)

**What will you be doing?**

As a Digital Business Partner, you will work in partnership with the Divisional Managing Director whilst leading the digital and business transformation. You will improve the operational performance by using data driven insight, reduce SG&A costs through process automation, and create a data and systems focused culture within commercial operations.

A successful Digital Business Partner will be measured by improving operational, systems and financial KPIs for their division.
- Develop and maintain a divisional IT strategy.
- Manage and prioritise analytical and development projects with the Divisional Managing Director to ensure maximum ROI and avoid any duplication of effort.
- Drive a cultural change.
- Manage a continuous review of back-office processes to ensure processes are followed.
- Work closely with the management team and central data analysts to drive a data driven approach to operations.
- Utilise available digital tools to develop local digital solutions.
- Develop the IT Strategy/Roadmap.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree level educated in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an operational management or analytical role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
