**Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Innovation Partner to lead the design and execution of our most complex and strategic projects, driving the adoption of advanced digital technologies. Your primary mandate will involve crafting and refining innovative solutions, overseeing critical initiatives, articulating compelling business cases for innovation, and acting as a key influencer to navigate the diverse needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll actively seek avenues to amplify our impact and bolster our national reputation.
In addition to your strategic and business analysis responsibilities, this role involves leadership duties, requiring an enthusiastic team player capable of motivating those you line manager and collaborate with.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO (Duties)**
- Responsible for designing and executing innovation programs within our portfolio, aimed at achieving impactful outcomes aligned with stakeholders' objectives and defined KPIs.
- Skillfully supervise a small multidisciplinary team drawn from various teams across the Digital Catapult to work on both commercial and R&D projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations for program updates, ensuring they align closely with program objectives.
- Conduct research to identify and document business cases for innovation, showcasing their potential impact on the business.
- Monitor and document KPIs and impact in line with Digital Catapult and program objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively deliver project goals.
- Represent Digital Catapult at events, workshops, and meetings.
**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Experience)**
- Direct involvement in implementing innovation programs, with previous engagement in ecosystem and network organizations, startup accelerators, innovation consultancies, or design firms. Telecom innovation experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience in effectively engaging senior stakeholders with diverse requirements and fostering collaborative innovation among various stakeholder segments.
- Proven track record in crafting and executing ecosystem-building, innovation, acceleration, and/or digital transformation initiatives to generate business and ecosystem impact, leveraging diverse innovation methodologies as necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas in easily understandable language for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in innovation methodologies, project management techniques, and business analysis approaches.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity.
- Enthusiastic about fostering economic growth through technology and committed to sustainability and inclusivity.
