**Commercial Support Administrator - Diamond Electronics Group**
The Diamond Electronics Group is an independent family-owned technology focused business, who have been providing products and services to the electronics industry since 1979.
The position is based at our head office -Diamond Electronics Ltd, Fourways Technology Park, London Road, Smallwood, Nr Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 2US and will involve working predominantly in our HMI division. _(Please note our office location is not on public transport links so you will require your own means of transport.)_
**Our Vision**:

- Creating strong working relationships with our customers and suppliers
- Supporting our Account Managers with customer quotations and costings
- Responding to customers quotation requirements in a timely manner
- Co-ordinating procurement activities by liaising with supplier base for pricing and availability of components and placing subsequent orders
- Assisting in facilitating the import process from Far Eastern suppliers
- Proactively addressing supply chain challenges by promptly escalating issues with suppliers whilst communicating any updates with Sales account managers/customers
**Requirements**:
- A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work well under pressure, with good attention to detail
- A team player, yet has the initiative to work alone
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Determination and drive to deliver results that enhance the company’s sales performance
**Relevant Experience**
- Experience in a purchasing or sales environment
- Experience in the electronics industry is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of a CRM/ERP/MRP system is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong Excel skills
**Personal Qualities**
- Enthusiastic, highly driven, hardworking and articulate
- Keen to learn and succeed
