I am recruiting for my client in Morley, Leeds for a Service Coordinator

The Service Co-ordinator works within the service administration department and is responsible for organising the Service Engineers work schedule.

The primary function of this position is to plan and arrange call outs, maintenance works, Installs, projects, and remedial works. Utilising all available resources and minimising costs.

- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and continually promote the Company values and reputation
- Reflect a customer-focused culture in all aspects of communication
- Ensuring all documentation is promptly sent to customers, accurately demonstrates the company’s professional outlook, and complies with the company standards
- Upholding my clients’ standards and company values

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Booking and coordinating all service-related works efficiently
- Raising requisitions and ensuring service engineers are adequately equipped for each site visit
- Providing Service Engineers with all relevant information required for each site visit
- Updating and maintaining all service records and processes
- Supporting the creation of all necessary customer documents in line with Health and safety standards
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class service to best of the Company’s capabilities
- Act as an interface between customers and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of any third-party work
- Supporting the administration of quotations for PPM Contracts / Installs / Call outs and required parts
- Liaising with the Sales Admin team to ensure works are invoiced accordingly
- Investigating and resolving service-related customer matters
- Build an ongoing understanding of customers’ individual requirements, ensuring an efficient, professional service is delivered.
- Adequately training new members of the Service Admin team

Working Hours

Mon - Thursday 08:30am -5pm

Friday 08:30am - 4pm

**Job Types**: Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
