We are working with an award-winning education and assessment provider to recruit for an Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the SQE Operations Supervisor you will be helping to deliver outstanding assessments by contributing to the delivery of the Oral Assessment Events.

About the role

This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent contract. This role offers flexible hybrid working offering 3 days in office in Islington London and 2 days remotely.

As the Operations Coordinator you will build great relationships with the wider team and your responsibilities will include:

- Helping to meticulously plan and prepare for assessment days
- Taking a key role in the delivery of assessments on site at one of the organisations assessment delivery venues
- Assist with the recruitment of new Casual Workers to the bank of assessment staff
- Manage staff allocations and schedules across all assessment delivery venues
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including rail bookings and accommodation

To be considered you will have the following skills knowledge and experience
- Excellent organisation skills and confident in dealing with other people.
- Experience in business administration
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Confident in communicating with others, both in writing and verbally
- Experience in working in an events role is desirable but not essential
- Experience of room bookings, printing, scanning and collating documents and ordering stationary
