Capital Programme Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Capital Programme Coordinator to join our team at UK Power Networks (Operations) Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operatives to deliver projects safely, on time, and within UK Power Networks standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site operatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Support Project Engineers and Site Supervisors in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage a team of electrical fitters and civil operatives to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Report to the Lead Project Engineer and provide regular updates on project progress.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £61,723 per annum, a car allowance, inner London Allowance, and a bonus of 3%.
In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a personal pension plan with up to 10% company contribution, a tenancy loan deposit scheme, a cycle to work scheme, a season ticket loan, occupational health support, discounts on hundreds of retailers' products, access to sports and social clubs, and an employee assistance programme.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in project management, preferably in a utilities or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UK Power Networks standards and procedures.
