We are seeking an experienced Estates Capital Programme Coordinator to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As an Estates Capital Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering capital projects, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career development opportunities, flexible working, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop schemes, procure services, and manage contracts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Provide operational commissioning of health buildings

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree or Master Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or construction disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment and role
  • Practical experience in project management in a relevant and appropriate Health Service environment
