**Job description**:
The Operational Scheduler role is to support the ITBx managers in the management of their working schedule (Level 4 Plan) in Paladin (Scheduling tool). The Operational Scheduler is reporting to ITBx managers and HPC PMO.

The Operational Scheduler is embedded (TBC) within the ITBx teams to be as close as possible to the information and to provide live information to the ITBx teams.

The Operational Scheduler is managed by HPC PMO office but the job holder is although part of the EPO team. As such, the Operational Scheduler must comply with the requirements of EPO while including the specificities from HPC PMO.

The Operational Scheduler integrates themselves with the rest of the HPC PMO team in particular the Project Schedulers to exchange data between Level 4 and Level 3. The Operational Scheduler is working in collaboration with the rest of the HPC PMO team through their KPI inputs.

The Operational Scheduler is the dedicated Paladin expert and must be able to support the customer requirement either directly or relying on the back-office.

As an Operational Scheduler (Planner), you will:

- Support in production and maintenance of schedules for ITBx.
- Work with the Building Manager and the Project team to establish the project activities, durations and ensure that these reflect project scope, constraints, and commitments.
- Challenge as necessary to ensure compatibility and compliance.
- Provide Paladin support to all ITBx stakeholders.
- Integrate the schedule into an agreed schedule structure.
- Monitor activities progress in both Power-Bi and Paladin.
- Supporting the Project Control Cycle in particular the L3 Injection for escalation of progress.
- Control and monitor ITBx Schedule.
- Implement existing EPO control and progress measurement techniques.
- Support the development of mitigation strategies in response to identified risks and recovery from identified variances.
- Monitor project baselines in line with EPO requirements.
- Contribute to progress meetings, as required, in support of the Project Schedulers.
- Contribute to Lessons Learnt process throughout the project lifecycle.

**Profile**:
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Previous experience of project controls including:

- Project management
- Governance & reporting (project KPIs)
- Planning/scheduling
- Interface with document control and delivery
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Highly organised, conscientious, good communicator.
- Ability to navigate in a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders
- Paladin/Planisware experience
- Understanding of the various levels of scheduling.

Required software skills
- Paladin/Planisware
- Power-Bi
- MS Office, in particular MS Excel.

Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Previous experience of project controls including:

- Cost control
- Risk management
- Contract management
- Experience of working in a fast pace engineering project environment
- Project and/or contract management training and/or qualification(s).
- Knowledge of NEC Target Price contracts and previous use of CEMAR
- Power-Bi Experience
- Mantis tools

Languages (level)
- English fluent (required)
- French - bonus
