Ardent Support is a growing company that provides outsourced PA / administration support to specialist Doctors. We are seeking an experienced PA/administrator to provide support to several Medical Experts on a daily basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven individual with excellent communication skills and computer skills to join this growing team.
**What's on Offer**:

- Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. (Regular working hours are 9-5 but we can offer flexibility)

**About Us**:
Ardent Support provides end-to-end administration and support services to medical consultants who have private expert witness practices.
We are looking for an enthusiastic service-driven individual with excellent communication and computer skills to join our dynamic and growing team.
Your role will be to support our team with the management of our consultant members private expert-witness practice.
The key quality is having strong attention to detail and a want to achieve the highest standards in your day-to-day work.
**Duties and responsibilities: What Will I Be Doing?**
- Provision of an efficient and timely secretarial service to assigned consultants and any other associated teams
- Managing enquiry and case flow using our CRM software
- Ensuring the accurate logging, acknowledgement and allocation of cases and records
- Managing your Consultant's diaries.
- Arranging Appointments / Booking travel and rooms.
- Proof reading of medical letters and reports. (no typing)
- Speaking with Solicitors and Instructing parties
- Providing other general administration office support functions.
- Working with your PA colleagues to support each other during holiday periods and busy periods.
- Typing is **not **a required skill.
**What Skills Do I Need?**
- Recent PA/administration experience
- A solid work history
- CRM experience would be ideal, in particular Salesforce
- A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Good analytical skills, and able to work methodically and accurately
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in use of all main Microsoft Programs
- Ability to analyse and run reports (Excel and CRM based) (ideal not essential)
- Marketing experience (ideal not essential)
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
