Transport Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment needs
- Manage office filing system and ensure documents are properly stored
- Type, format, and proofread documents as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and administrative procedures
- Excellent clerical skills including filing, record keeping, and managing paperwork
- Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as MS office and Google Suite
