We’re looking for a motivated Pensions Administrator to join our Chief Operating Office (COO) directorate. In this role, you will assist the Pensions Manager to develop and maintain excellent employee benefit experiences for employees and ex-employees of Cancer Research UK. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and receive ‘on-the-job training’ while being supervised and supported by qualified colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid administration background, looking to develop their career in pensions and employee benefits within Finance.

Key Accountabilities:
- Processing of pension contributions through to the pension provider-
- Confirming that pension contributions match to those that are expected-
- Reconciliation of contributions with payroll-
- Supporting with the payment of our suppliers-
- Support the pension manager with maintaining pension records, dealing with pension administration procedures, and handling routine pension and associated benefits queries from pension members and employees.-
- Assist in the production of internal communications to raise the profile and understanding of pensions and benefits.-
- Work with the pensions manager and/or other finance colleagues to regularly review, develop and improve financial reporting and other processes.-
- Assist employees as they amend their benefit packages.-
- Assist in the production of pension and employee benefit budgets and forecasts for pension manager reviewSkills & Experience:
- Proven experience of monitoring and checking systems/processes and work standards with excellent attention to detail-
- Experience of working within a Pensions or Finance environment would be beneficialA passion for delivering great employee and pension scheme member outcomes and experiences and a motivated self-starter-
- Knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management would be an advantage-
