**Role**:
We have an opportunity for a DIT Change Administrator to join our team in Stratford. The primary responsibility of this role is to administer changes that are managed by the Axis Central Change Authority, including the DevOps platform upon which changes are managed.

**Key Tasks / Activities / Responsibilities**:

- Administer the Axis Change process.
- Triage new CCA requests, identifying any emergency requests.
- Ensure tasks are being completed within the agreed timescales.
- Highlight non completion of tasks.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout SDLC.
- Ensure all processes and documentation are completed through the SDLC.
- Act as an escalation point internally and externally when required.
- Update outcomes from the weekly CCA meeting.
- Other activities dictated by the role.
