SolviT Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of a Worldclass Electronics Manufacturer.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a team of 5-6 direct reports. With a real passion for customer service, you will be proactive in seeking new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability, and provide leadership, guidance, and personal development support to team members.

This role is pivitol in building and maintaining solid relationships at a strategic level, and leading all strategic account discussions and commercial negotiations.

You will have previous experience of working in an electronics, manufacturing, engineering, or similar ‘technical’ sector.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships at the highest level.
- Oversee all elements of account activity.
- Escalation route for assigned customer accounts.
- Line management responsibility for dedicated Key Account Management team.
- Training and development for Key Account Management personnel.
- “Chair” of cross functional team meetings relevant to defined customer projects.
- Ensure that the work within their respective Commercial Team is appropriately prioritised and that resources are balanced and deployed accordingly.
- Coach, develop and motivate staff and empower them to deliver high quality customer service and contribute to the achievement of company sales.
- Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions and team meetings to discuss account activity, priorities, progress, and any potential problems.
- Carry out staff performance reviews, development plans and manage absence of direct reports.and the ability to analyze market trends, we want to hear from you.

**Experience**

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive or similar position
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
