Job Role:

As a Commercial Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing thorough fact-finding exercises to identify clients' requirements and providing tailored quotations to meet their needs.
  • Obtaining quotations from delegated authority arrangements or referring to insurers, and communicating the most suitable options to clients.
  • Renewing policies and preparing required documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensuring all business is handled promptly and efficiently, meeting income and conversion objectives.
  • Delivering high-quality service, tailored to customer needs.
  • Professionally handling incoming requests from customers and resolving issues promptly and thoroughly.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone.
  • Using automated information systems to analyze customer situations.
  • Maintaining a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
  • Handling issues in the best interest of both the customer and company.
