Our client a leading DMC is recruiting a Sales Director to lead and motivate an experienced team through motivation, empathy and be a leader of all leaders. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You will deliver, amend and improve the current sales strategy in order to bring about a similar or improved outcome on the P&L.

Identify further opportunities & risks and strengthen the plan to ensure delivery of revenue,margin andprofit to the company. You will deliver on specific synergy goals across the company, and manage the team.

Enhancing the reputation and good will of the market, tourist boards and clients through market activity and attending trade fairs.

Ensuring that activity is tracked in order to evidence strategic success and have regular weekly/monthly on time accurate reporting both with the team and with theMD

Sales Director Skills
- DMC Senior Management Background of 7 + years with a strong portfolio of clients / contacts in the European Market.
- Preferably you will speaktwoEuropeanlanguages, ideally either Italian or Spanish.
- Experienced in engaging with colleagues and peers outside of salesand able to be diplomatically persuasive within organizations.
- Have strong presentational skills and being comfortable face toface with C-suite clients across different geographical markets, cultures and languages.
- Strong commercial awareness with a clear focus on market development, sales strategy, revenue & margin gainand protection, new business creation, client retention and effective resource allocation.
