- Previous experience working with individuals with vulnerable adults with Dementia would be advantageous

The Anchorage is a 41 bedded enhanced specialist care home split between an 13 bedded enhanced dementia community (The Haverstoe Suite) and a 28 bedded residential dementia community situated in Grimsby. It received a rating of Outstanding from the Care Quality Commission at its last inspection.

The Anchorage uses a person-centred approach to provide high quality care to our residents living with dementia. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and secure environment to ensure our clients enjoy the best quality of life whilst maintaining their own independence.

The HICA Group is a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation providing a range of care services to elderly clients and people with learning difficulties, across a range of services, including our care homes, residential settings and in the community.
