We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable **Early Years Practitioner (One-to-One)** to join our exceptional Nursery team. Could that be you?
As our **Early Years Practitioner** **(One-to-One)**, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged **2 - 4 years old**, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.
**About the Role**
**Contract type**: Full-time, permanent, term time only, 8:30am to 4:00pm
**Salary**: Up to £14,770 per annum
**Start date**: Immediate start available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Learning support, collaborating with teachers to arrange and provide resources for lessons and activities.
- Customising activities to address the unique needs of each child, both in group settings and individually.
- Supporting the SENCO/ teacher in monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress and activities.
