**Responsibilities**:

- Manage service requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely response.
- Coordinate service schedules and assign technicians based on availability and skills.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Communicate with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain service records and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and tools.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
