**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Administrator at Whiting Group Limited in Maidstone. The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and assisting with administrative tasks related to the provision of financial advice. The day-to-day tasks may include handling client inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining client records, and supporting the financial advisers.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Client Services, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships with our clients and strategic partners
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage own time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,500.00 per year
