**Vacancy**: Accounts Administrator
**Position**: Full time **or** Part time considered
**Salary**: £25,000 FTE
Amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a new challenge to join a fantastic office team within the entertainment/hospitality and construction industry based in East Kilbride.
We are looking for someone who has experience within an admin/book-keeping related role and comfortable working in a busy office environment within a small team.
Full UK driving license and own vehicle required.
**Duties**:
- Recording entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Posting financial entries to ledger accounts.
- Preparing trial balances.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Preparing Management Accounts.
- Preparing cash flow statements.
- Preparing financial reports and reporting to budget.
- Credit control, as required.
- Involvement in material procurement and monitoring.
- Reporting to Finance Manager.
- Performing other duties as required.
**Skills**:
- Great data entry skills. Having great computer skills is a necessity when working as a book-keeper and administrator.
- Good communication.
- Knowledge of book-keeping and accounting principles, particularly experience in use of QuickBooks Online.
- Organising records.
- Attention to detail.
- Have an understanding of the bigger picture.
- Be disciplined.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
