We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a flair for social media content creation to join our bustling patisserie in Southgate, North London. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in not only providing excellent customer service but also in crafting engaging social media content to enhance our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers with warmth and professionalism,
ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Craft engaging and informative social media content across various platforms to showcase our products and engage our audience.
- Manage telephone inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Process orders accurately and expediently, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
- Operate the till system proficiently, processing payments securely and handling cash transactions with care.
- Familiarize yourself with our product range and confidently make recommendations to customers both in-store and online.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication
skills in English, with a knack for creating captivating social media content.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and dedicated to the hospitality industry.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies, including social media management tools.
- Confident and personable demeanor, adept at interacting with customers both in-person and online, offering valuable advice and assistance.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills across all channels.
- Polite, courteous, and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and organize tasks effectively, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
