Shenton Group is on the lookout for a bright and personable Executive Assistant to join our team

**What’s the role?**

**As Executive Assistant you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently friendly, efficient and professional level of service to our colleagues all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand. You will need to have strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will provide full support across the C-Suite and beyond where required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business including diary management, and general administrative assistance as required. You will ensure all areas that relate to day-to-day running of the office is set up well, and maintained efficiently. This includes anything from the cleaning contract, to organising the food in the kitchen, through to vehicle management, and booking in maintenance contractors for issues that arise with the building or kitchen/office equipment.

**What do you need?**

**Experience in admin or an office environment is essential. You need to be comfortable working and conversing with colleagues across all job roles at Shenton Group and build friendly but professional relationships throughout the organisation. You need to be able to collaborate and take responsibility for tasks including seeking opportunities to improve or cut costs.

You need to be confident in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude towards challenges. Self-motivated, organised and the ability to work to process unsupervised is required. A fresh perspective is always welcome and a sense of humour will see you fit right in.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience and giving you opportunity to grow. We’ll provide you with a company uniform, a laptop and company card to enable you with your role. You’ll also receive 25 days leave which grows with length of service as well as many other perks and allowances.
