**Position Overview**:The Personal Assistant to the CEOs at Cotton Candy Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring the fluid operations of our company. Acting as a right hand to our executive leadership, the Personal Assistant will help steer the growth of the company, maintain order, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to the overall success of Cotton Candy Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Manage, coordinate, and maintain CEO calendars including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

**Strategic Assistance**:Participate in strategy discussions, providing input and insights when necessary.
Assist in the implementation of company growth strategies.

**Ad-hoc tasks and errands**: As directed by the CEOs, ensuring efficient time and resource management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Completed A levels or a college level qualification.
- **Experience**: A previous job or understanding of an administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
- Have an understanding of social media.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
