Job Description: FMCG Administrative Assistant

The Advocate Group, a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors, seeks an experienced FMCG Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role focuses on supporting the category team across Europe with daily operations and project management, requiring exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Category Management Team to execute daily operations and projects.
  • Communicate updated marketing data effectively to markets.
  • Ensure coordinated cross-functional activities through consistent communication.
  • Deliver presentation support to the Category Management team.
  • Research and gather consumer insights on trends and behaviors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven project planning and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.

Salary: Estimated annual salary of £50,000, dependent on location and experience.
