We are seeking a highly skilled Export Administration and Compliance Manager to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience in export administration and compliance, with a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), BRC standards, and HACCP principles.

Job Description

This role involves supporting FSQA activities, preparing documentation for export, and assisting in optimizing export documentation processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure accurate records and documentation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing documentation for export of Rich's products
  • Assisting in optimizing export documentation processes
  • Assisting with supplier and product approval and monitoring process to ensure all records are up to date on TraceGains and other portals
  • Supporting FSQA Manager Plant in preparing routine quality KPI reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Experience in export administration and compliance
  • Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), BRC standards, and HACCP principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity
