HR Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Manage employee timekeeping systems and ensure accurate tracking of hours worked
- Provide support for HRIS systems, including data entry and reporting
- Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or Dayforce
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or ADP
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Kronos or Paychex
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
