Due to our continued growth we are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Advisor to join our growing team.

**Job Description**:
As a Quality Assurance Advisor you will be accountable for ensuring that our quality standards and procedures align with organisation best practice. You will also be responsible for establishing performance standards, procedures, and audit controls to enable us to meet business requirements; as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and quality.

The Quality Assurance Advisor Key Duties include;
- Responsible for ensuring that the Food Safety & Quality Assurance procedures are complied with across the Culina Group and the constant drive for continuous improvement.
- Participates in projects as assigned by the management team
- Performs inspections and audits at depot level throughout the Culina Group
- Work with site representatives to manage Quality Management and Operating
- Procedures including all Hygiene Operations, allergen management and pest control.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop, maintain and produce reports related to the QA function, i.e. non-conformances
- Support the collation of the monthly board packs
- Complete follow up activities related to the QA function e.g. BRC non-conformances
- Support the sites to ensure the attainment of BRC & Organic certification at site
- Support the completion of customer questionnaires, Ecovadis & Sedex
- Support with document control, corrective and preventative action and trend analysis.
- Support with client audits and / or visits
- Support and assist the HACCP team where required in accordance with the latest 3rd Party and Customer standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good problem solving, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both within a team environment and individually
- High attention to detail
- Level 2 HACCP qualification
- Internal auditing qualification
- BRC experience
- Good communication skills both verbally & written
