Junior Product Developer (Jersey and Nightwear)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Product Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product safety, legal, and quality standards in line with business strategy.
- Drive overall quality and action plan to deliver the highest possible brand and customer quality standards.
- Implement competitive benchmarking, manage fit process including 3D technology, and ensure consistent sizing standards.
- Manage product risk assessments and safety requirements within value for money, fit, and innovation framework.
- Train and support global supply base and In Country Office on quality and compliance.
- Audit factories and respond to customer complaints and reviews.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge and adherence to compliance, legislation, and product testing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to drive stakeholder engagement internally and externally.
- Good understanding and enthusiasm for driving 3D design and fit processes including grade rules.
- Proficient with Excel and internal systems.
- Demonstrable experience of fabric testing and test report evaluation across multi-product.
- Experience in dealing with a broad supply base including overseas suppliers.
- Effective relationship building, communication, and engagement with colleagues and suppliers at all levels.
