We are currently looking to recruit an conscientious and reliable **Payroll Coordinator**to join us on a **6 month fixed-term contract, working 24 hours per week (Monday-Wednesday)**at our **Head Office**on site in**Banbury.**
*flexibility will be required for when providing cover for our Payroll Specialist
**As a Payroll Coordinator, your duties will include**:
- The smooth running of the weekly payroll for 250 week paid employees across two sites, ensuring accurate payroll transactions for all and provide cover on the monthly payroll process in the absence of the Payroll Specialist- Update and extract data from our time and attendance system (Tensor)- Upload payslips, P60's and historical payslips to online payroll service- Process SSP, SMP, SPP, Court Order Payments, pension payments, cycle to work and student loads of any other such relevant payments- Support with annual pay review and bonus processes including preparation of letters and communication as well as other payroll/HR related tasks as reasonably required
