Billing Administrator

My client a small legal firm in the City are currently looking for a full time Billing Administrator to join their team.
**Duties:**
- To assist with day-to-day invoicing duties.
- To provide cover for the Billing & Credit Control Manager.
- To provide support to the Finance Team with administration and ad hoc projects.
- To liaise and follow up with clients’ finance teams to ensure we have received /given
information for client and vendor set up.
**Skills and Experience**
Billing experience essential. Two years’ working within a credit control environment would be
ideal.
- Experience of working within a professional environment e.g. legal or accountancy.
- Qualities - confident, good eye for detail, common sense.
- Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels.
- Computer literacy in relevant software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Commitment to the success of the Firm
The role will be full time in the office until successfully trained and then there will be hybrid working.
