**Role in summary**:
Due to continued organic and new business growth, we’re seeking to further grow our strategy team in London. This newly created role as Shopper Strategist will see you delivering a range of below-the-line (BTL) brand activation strategies (shopper, promotional, brand activation) across some key accounts in our London business.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for an execution-focused strategist who’s looking for a thriving independent agency environment that can provide them with the platform, tools and support to flourish and grow.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Developing best-in-class BTL brand activation strategies across your assigned clients
- Recommending optimum tactics and touchpoints to deploy activation strategies
- Ensuring our approach to activation and our practices are refreshed and remain best-in-class
- Staying abreast of industry trends (grocery, FMCG) and cascading knowledge across the strategy team
- Building strong relationships with your key clients and spotting opportunities for growth and value-add
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Proven and demonstrable experience in developing brand activation strategies
- A clear understanding of different promotional and activation tools and tactics
- A firm understanding of shopper and BTL marketing
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- An insatiable curiosity for people, consumers, shoppers, retail and culture
