**_Petrofac is currently looking to recruit a Campaign Delivery Co-Ordinator on a Fixed Term 10 months Contract basis located in Aberdeen, UK._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s ‘Life Saving rules’.
- Promote HSEQ best-practice in all activities and ensure compliance with business processes and objectives
- Support the delivery of contract HSE plan and active monitoring exercises by campaign teams
- Responsible for technical support in the forward preparation of campaigned activity with both onshore and offshore team
- Working with the Petrofac Technical Delivery Hub to support additional campaigns, strategically planning the use of Petrofac resource across multiple service lines
- Implement and drive the use of our digital technology and drive the further use of WorkFlowPlus Oil and Gas on more types of maintenance and additional workscopes that are campaigned
- Coordinate campaign scopes to all high volume, low complexity maintenance scopes, repairs/correctives and inspections
- Provide cover for Campaign Delivery Focal Point, Control of Work Coordinator and Maintenance Delivery Leads as required
- Work with existing service lines and contract support teams to deliver campaigns for repair orders and correctives engaging with Fabric Maintenance, Rope access, anomaly rectification, Projects and modifications
- Keep campaign visit records and track performance via the Petrofac Performance dashboards. Supporting the Campaign Delivery Focal Point to compile data and present monthly reports utilising digital dashboards
- Support increased productivity for our clients through campaigning maintenance work with end of trip assessment report generation and review by Campaign Focal Point Ensuring completion of work order history, including all lessons learnt, and ensuring that all relevant P Forms are raised as a post-work review
- Support efficiency improvement for our clients and in turn drive down Opex costs.
- Undertake actualisation reporting on trips to drive data quality improvement
- Produce and maintain Campaign RACI charts and process flows for specific asset arrangements
- Ensure planning gate criteria is understood and adhered to for client, driving KPI target compliance
- Prepare permits to work to client’s eCOW compliance (including establishing isolation boundaries) for campaigns as required.
- Promote the execution of excellence by the Campaign team based around ownership and pride in the delivery
- Maintain close customer relationships internal and external communications to ensure customer satisfaction for operational matters
- Ensure technical methods and practices for task are known, successfully managed and adhered to by offshore teams
- Identify new opportunities within and beyond contractual scope to drive safe, cost efficient delivery for client.
- Continuously identify contract performance improvement opportunities
- Work with Campaign Delivery Focal Point with competence team to ensure all employees have the correct competence level to carry out their role
- Ensure effective communications are established and delivered to the onshore / offshore teams
- Conduct regular offshore visits to support the preparation of campaign scopes, conduct technical surveys and maintain working relationships with offshore Petrofac and client teams.
- Sharing of lessons learnt and best contract practices with other Petrofac service line managers and drive continuous improvement for Campaign delivery.

**Essential Skills**:

- Technical understanding of maintenance operations within an oil and gas environment.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Maintenance, Operations and Safety within an appropriate industry.
- Good working knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP preferable).
- Appreciation of CoW systems.
- Experience of co-ordinating / managing maintenance work scopes of various disciplines.
- Good working knowledge of CAD software.
- Engineering degree (desired) or equivalent practical experience in a relevant industry.
