The job is onsite in our Pocklington Office.

The role involves
- Reception duties answering incoming calls
- Managing our inbox and liaising confidently with customers with regards to their event
- Following up phone calls and contacts as appropriate.
- Managing event files
- Preparing customer invoices
- Organising and coordinating events staff

**Skills**:
**Essential**
- confident on the phone with good communication skills and a cheerful, pleasant manner
- Good communication skills (Both Verbal and Written).
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent customer care skills
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills.

**Desirable**
- Previous office experience
- Driving licence

This position offers the opportunity to join our small team who are passionate about making pies and delivering quality service to our customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.40-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
