**Site Administrator**

**Salary: £22,000 - £25,500 **depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits listed below.

**What’s the role?**
As a Site Administrator at Heineken, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Milling and Orcharding administration operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knack for problem-solving will be instrumental to helping the wider team.

Here is a glimpse of what your exciting role will entail:

- Administration of time and attendance system, working with our people managers to ensure consistency.
- General administration including the maintenance of postal lists, ensuring vehicles are legally compliant, sending out mail shots; maintaining records etc
- Putting PowerPoint presentations together for briefings, and arranging meetings and briefings
- Manage all purchase requisition and invoicing for the department.
- Booking venues for offsite days, ensuring refreshments, stationery and resources are available
- To support with control of documentation to ensure compliance -GDPR
- Act as a central point of contact for site inquiries, facilitating communication between departments and ensuring everyone is on the same page

**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a diligent individual with an eye for detail and likes working across multiple projects at one time and can work from their own initiative. On top of that, you may have the following:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with great stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to embrace Heineken's values and commitment to excellence.
